♦ We assist coal consumers to tie up for a reliable long term/short term source to supply coal.
♦ We work with International Coal Producers who are looking at bringing in their coal to India.
♦ We have tied up with miners in Indonesia, Africa and Australia and have established a track record of working with independent coal producers in bringing their product to Indian market.
♦ We offer technical support to Consumers in determining the quality of coal required to be imported with an intent to optimize their plant performance.
♦ We monitor availability based on supply and demand.
♦ Coal Quality Standardization and Assurance will be achieved.
♦ Competitive prices are offered by managing Coal Supply Chain and reducing cost of shipping, negotiating best insurance deals and coordinating to avoid demurrages.
♦ A sales model specialized in high sea sales has been developed.
♦ Identify end users across industries for the principal supplier.
♦ Presence of our resources at port of loading and port of discharge to closely monitor movement of coal.
♦ Ensure payment is made to supplier as per terms and conditions of the contract.
♦ Fulfill all import related documentation and ensure seamless movement of cargo from time of discharge to delivery at the consumers yard.
♦ Offer advice and services on financial and insurance requirement of client.
♦ To arrange ILC or FLC for consumers as and when required.
♦ Ensure that the quality of coal supplied is as per committed specs.
♦ Ensure hassle free logistical support for consumers.
♦ Keep a close watch on decisions and policy changesby GOI and maximize on the benefits extended.
♦ To update client regarding tariff orders and other regulatory orders and implement changes.
♦ Provide any other liaison services required for supplier and consumers.
