We have agreements with multiple power generators to market and sell power generated by them in BPO/DSA Model.

We supply Power to Industrial / Commercial Users under captive and 3rd party open access mechanism.

We offer tariff which is competitive.

Electricity offered by us is most reliable in view of multiple generators with whom we work within the State.

♦ Development of a monthly power commitment in co-ordination with the respective generators.

♦ Allocation of this commitment as between tendered obligations and direct to industry off take consistent with the base load, peak and off-peak requirements of the customer group.

♦ Effective sales & distribution among the chosen mix of customers by interface with the access provider/transmission authority and monitoring of the relative off-take accounting and allocation.

♦ Continuous review of revenue levels based on market trends and the implementation of appropriate pricing action.

♦ Ensuring compliance with related regulations.

♦ Effective co-ordination with state regulators and utilities, highlighting of regulatory issues and representation of the Group at regulatory hearings/processes.

♦ The formulation and development of an overall Group marketing policy, active interface with customers in different states as well as focus on demand supply trends and data.

♦ Structuring CPP Model for Client's Power Plant with requisite share holding pattern as required by Indian Electricity act of 2003.

♦ Identify Consumers for Sharing minimum 51% of Power generated by client's power plant and supplied through Group Captive mode through Intra State Short-Term Open Access within Tamil Nadu.

♦ Provide template for Shareholding Agreement(SHA) ,Power Purchase Agreement(PPA), Board Resolutions, Communication Templates and Any other document as required.

♦ Ensure that GCC could draw power immediately after Captive Approval and work towards managing and retaining the GCC in the long run.

♦ Handle all outage related issues and to facilitate client to ensure its Consumers are not affected or penalized by the board.

♦ Meeting new challenges due to revision in policies and devise the appropriate pricing strategy and plan sales and marketing campaign to face competition from existing and new generators as well as IEX and Wind generators.

TRIPLE-S will offer back-end support to client and will carry out the following operations.

♦ Assist Client to file necessary application to get Captive approval and manage liaison and regulatory work at TANGEDCO and TANTRANSCO.

♦ Obtaining Open Access approval for GCC.

♦ Planning of quantum of power to be allocated to third party Consumers/Captive Consumers.

♦ Coordination between plant and marketing requirements.

♦ Preparation of Net-Realisation Statements( NRS).

♦ Preparation of approval requests, renewal forms, withdrawals for third party sale.

♦ Replace GCC who want to exit from CPP with new consumers.

♦ Replace third party consumers who withdraw with new Consumers.

♦ TNEB coordination for Captive/Third Party Approvals and SE Confirmation statements.

♦ Preparation of ProformaInvoices/invoices/dispatch of invoices to customers.

♦ Monitoring receivables and follow up with Consumers to get payments in coordination with accounts department at Clients office.

♦ Preparation of Export vs Commitment statement/Daily analysis of statement and monitoring generation accordingly.

♦ Creating and updating customer data base.

♦ Coordinating with TNEB officials to rectify any issues that might arise from time to time.

♦ Ensure meter reset time and date for drawing of power by new Consumers.

♦ Operating the Support email and sending notifications to customers on approvals, confirmation statements and invoices.

♦ Keep a close watch on decisions and policy changesby TANGEDCO.

♦ To update Client regarding Tariff orders and other regulatory orders and implement changes.

♦ Provide any other liaison services required for the functioning of the power plant.
